This MA thesis on "Reparations for Victims of Wartime Sexual Violence: An Investigation of the Factors that Impeded the Granted of the Right to Restitution, Compensation and Rehabilitation in Post-war Bosnia-Hercegovina", explores the following themes: 1) Building a successful reparation model for victims of wartime sexual violence; 2) To what extent did victims of sexual violence receive reparations in post-war Bosnia-Hercegovina?;  3)  Why did victims of sexual violence not receive reparations in post-war Bosnia-Hercegovina?; and 4) Policy recommendations.
