El Proceso de Paz en Colombia y la Política Exterior de los Estados Unidos

This publication contains the papers presented at a forum on the Colombian peace process and U.S. foreign policy held at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C., on September 28, 1999. The forum was the sixth event held since 1995 in Santafé in Bogotá and Washington, D.C. with a special focus on the Colombian peace process; these events were held in the framework of the Comparative Peace Processes in Latin America Project. The objective of the 1999 conference was to examine from various broad perspectives the peace policy of the administration of President Andrés Pastrana and its implications for U.S. foreign policy toward Colombia.
