Abstract

The tragic story of wordsmith and swordsman Cyrano de Bergerac, a French aristocrat turned soldier during the Franco-Spanish War. Cyrano falls in love with his cousin Roxanne, but he supports her when she declares her love for Christian. Sent off to war with him, Cyrano writes love letters for Christian to Roxanne.
