Abstract

This study by the Defence Management Studies Program of the School of Policy Studies, Queen's University in cooperation with the Centre for Security, Armed Forces and Society, Royal Military College of Canada, explores changes in the political thinking and attitude to military service of Canadian soldiers between 2001 and 2011. From 2005 to 2011 Canadian Armed Forces served in Kandahar in Afganistan as a part of the Regional Command South.
