Abstract

The article discusses the impacts of war on noncombatant women in an operational environment during a military conflict by focusing on the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 and its impacts on the success and failure of the operations. Topics include planning of UN Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 1325 on Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), role of women in conflict management, and concepts of military planning and operations.
