In this poignant love story occuring in the midst of conflict, an Israeli company commander carries on a passionate romantic relationship with his second-in-command officer while the two soldiers fight in the war against Lebanon. They are forced to keep the relationship secret, and go to great lengths in trying to keep it private. The film explores the expectations of masculinity in a combat environment and the thin line between camraderie and love.
